Convenient to two MTR lines and to the AirPort Express train Kowloon station.
Also close to two highly rated local diners: Australia Dairy Company & Mak Man Kee Noodle shop (Michelin Gourmand *), Temple Street night market and more.
It is also right next to Kowloon Park. You must walk the park a couple of times during your stay. During the day to visit the aviary and explore rest of park, and in the evening and follow signs to "China HK City". It's a footbridge that takes you to a harbour viewpoint, Totally worth the walk. When we went there were dozens of "Molly" statues celebrating her 20 yrs. Molly seems to be a local cartoon character. Beautiful harbor views.
Rooms: 3.7 Very tight, only 210 sf, no vanity mirror in bath but clean and comfortable. Ideal as a base for other explorations.
Breakfast buffet: 3.2 A disappointment. Both Chinese and Western breakfast items. Pastries mediocre, Chinese noodle soup just so-so and not a huge selection of dishes as I have had at other hotels. But completely adequate.
Staff: 5 outstanding.
Us: 75 yr old physically active couple, non Chinese speaking on first visit to HK.
