My one and only complaint was that they overbooked so we had to have a room with 2 twin beds put together with no extra seating options other than the bed and the pillows were lacking. "This was the best possible hotel I could have hoped for during my first visit to the city. All the (plentiful) staff are so kind and helpful, the place is so clean and with excellent amenities, the roof pool is a bonus too. Breakfast was a highlight, so varied and tasty - don't miss that."
