When I paid $60 in money notes, the guest house refused to give me back the change of $9 and said to keep $9 as tips."

The only slight drawback is that at peak times the elevator is crowded and you have to queue. The trick to avoiding elevator congestion is to take the other elevator to a higher floor and walk back down one floor. I highly recommend."
