"The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. We had a room with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the window, so every morning I enjoyed checking the weather while looking at the Golden Gate Bridge. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which was very convenient. Transportation was also convenient, and although you need to walk a bit, you can walk to the Crissy Field East Beach, which makes for a great morning jogging route. There's a restaurant called HomePlate right downstairs where you can have breakfast, which was very convenient to use. The only downside was that the elevator was quite old and a bit scary - it made some noises! Other than that, we had such a comfortable stay that I would definitely want to visit this hotel again on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I was on 4th floor at the corner, but it was very noisy every single minutes as the hotel’s window seems like comes from 90s. I stayed for conference at Moscon just far away about two blocks, less than 10mintues, that was only thing convenience. If I go for the same conference, I will choose another hotel. NO SLIPER, No free water. it seems like all hotels in USA do."

"피셔맨 와프에서 두블럭 떨어진 곳이라 그렇게 시끄럽지 않고 우리는 방 요청할 때 조용한 방으로 말해서 그런 방으로 줘서 좋았어요. 나름 작은 미온수 수영장이 있고 무료 조식이 있어서 좋았어요. 방도 좁지 않고 쾌적했어요. 그런데 침대 매트리스가 많이 폭식한 스타일이라서 그게 오히려 불편했어요. 이건 취향 차이가 있을 것 같네요. 샌프란시스코에서 다른 호텔도 이용했는데 거기도 그런 스타일 매트리스였는데 미국이 그런 스탈을 선호하나봐요"

"엘리베이터 바로 옆 객실을 줘서 엘리베이터 소음때문에 힘들었습니다. 그리고 화장실 팬 소음도 꽤 컸어요. 다만 소음에 대한 부분을 체크아웃 하면서 직원한테 말했는데, 대수롭지 않게 반응해서 그게 제일 불쾌했습니다."
