"離地鐵站、NC Outlet都很近，將軍拳頭肉烤肉和TOTO紫菜包飯都很物超所值。 有位年輕的男性櫃檯人員，應該是韓國人，但英文跟漢語都說得很好，服務也親切，還會介紹附近的美食，連住了兩晚，可惜離開前沒能再跟他謝謝。 另一位女員工則是完全不理會人，高高在上讓人很不舒服，甚至只顧著講手機，工作態度非常不好。 Check out時服務的是較年長的男性員工，雖然英文帶著口音還是能感受他工作方面的專業。 好的Hotel除了地點，最重要的依然是服務的溫度。"

"Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking. "

The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay! "
