“Everything”

“The resort was nice, our rooms were clean but there were some issues with our room. The night stand in the room was broken and falling off the wall; it was not a huge deal but it did not sit level. Also some of the lettering of the movie quote on the wall had fallen off. For the most part, the restaurants were good and we enjoyed our meals in the evenings when we had reservations. The buffet was not our favorite. It very much felt like the same food for every meal. By the end of our 7 days...

“Nice stay - beach was very nice- clean and calm. There was only one restaurant open. Breakfast lunch and dinner had fair selections - the dining room and bar staff were nice. Although we are grateful for early check in, in spite of our reservation came with VIP benefits with Expedia, our request to upgrade to a room near pool and beach was declined. We would have appreciated partial stay upgrade if the weekends were busy. We did enjoy the week at CCBeach papagaya it was relaxed. We thank the...

“It’s a party. If you are into that, you will love it. The drinks are watered down, I’m guessing because they don’t want things to get out of control when you are day drinking. Premium bar is the real deal, but no atmosphere. Views are wonderful, staff friendly, be prepared for the bottle of wine upsell at dinner. You can ask for house wine, they don’t tell you that. Property is in need of a refresh. There is cracked tile, places that need paint, and not everything in your room will work...

“Very good food and service in general.”

“The location is good hidden gem, close to good restaurants, the breakfast is simple but good, staff very friendly”

“Un lugar increíble para pasar tiempo en pareja. La comida exquisita, los paisajes y la playa maravillosa. El personal muy atento. Agradecerles en particular a Tomás y Cristina en el restaurante por su gran servicio y amabilidad.”

“Had an amazing stay wish we could of been there longer the staff was very kind and helpful the hotel is clean and very beautiful.”

“This might help someone else out, so here’s my first review ever: this place is quite mid to be honest, I would not go back. Specially because of the food. The staff is super friendly, they’re really awesome and deserve praise. The beach is very pretty, though they don’t have enough chairs and you might have to sit on the sand under a palm tree if the place is full. It’s also a bit hard to get by since everything is at separate locations (reception, pools, rooms, everything is separated) We...

“Precio justo, servicio y comida deficiente pero el lugar y su ubicación compensa”

“Está cerca del mar o playa y buen parqueo”

“Las habitaciones estuvieron limpias, ademas de las areas comunes.”
