"Very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only comment was that I thought I was getting a ‘city view’. I got a carpark/roadway view. You can hear airport/aircraft noise, (not dramatically loud) which is to be expected at an airport hotel but it’s not quite as sound proofed as you would like."

"The room was clean, and the staff were great. Communal areas could do with some updating and attention to detail. The location is great, and easy walk to a lok of places, and access to public transport. The biggest issue was the slow/unreliable wifi. We were informed on check in that it was being worked on and should be fine later, however; for the rest of the week, it was really slow when it worked."

"Proximity to the Convention Centre is a major factor. Rooms decent enough but a little dated. Should at least have one bottle of mineral water per room rather than to use a vending machine as not all tourist will have an Octopus card on arrival. Breakfast was disappointing. Mostly processed foods save for an egg station. Staff was helpful and will rate them as excellent. Overall good value for money."
