"スタッフの方々が、とても親切で対応が丁寧でした。 宿泊の建物から、オーナーが手創りされていたり、最新のトイレやビンテージ調の可愛い冷蔵庫。海外のグリルなど、それぞれにオーナーの想い入れを感じました。 BBQのお野菜やドリンクは、無料なのに？？とビックリするくらい充分用意してあって、 カラオケやシーシャなど、迷惑かな？と、思いつつ、遅い時間にお願いしたところ、笑顔で対応してくださり、夜は宿でゆっくり楽しめました。 10名以上での利用でしたが、全員また来たい！と、思った素晴らしいグランピングビレッジです。"

"The Fairfield by Marriott in Aso is a very comfortable hotel like the Fairfield in Nikko where my wife and I staid before. The rooms are clean, modern and with a lot of light coming in through a big window; comfortable enough that on a rainy day we decided to stay in the room almost all day. Personnel at the reception is very friendly and helpful.The restaurant selection in the area is not the greatest but there is a Lawson Station shop nearby. Additionally the hotel offers free coffee, tea etc. and sells some food items which can be heated in microwaves if necessary. The Fairfield is located near the local train station and has sufficient parking space if you come by car. "
