"Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "

"Everything about our short stay was lovely. The town was very quiet while we were there - our stay was primarily to visit the castle ruins (which we recommend!). Very charming town. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast. The room was WONDERFUL. "This was the highlight of our Japan trip! The staff were lovely, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The rooms were amazing - the bathroom kitted out with everything youd need and v tasty snacks in the room. The dinner amd breakfast were incredible experiences with v fresh and thoughtful meals.
