"Very nice facilities, clean and spacious room. There were laundry machines in the building which it was very convenient. It is super well located and very close to Osaka station. The bathroom in the top floor was really nice a hot tub big and showers .. it was good quality price ratio. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel! It was surprisingly quiet considering the busy roads the building is situated in. Breakfast at the executive lounge was included in our stay and was great. Washer and dryer was very useful for our long stay in Japan. Location is okay, but the train stations aren't too far away to get to different spots."

Of the 4 properties we stayed at on our recent trip, this was our least favorite. View from room was spectacular and the room was clean but overall, would not revisit or recommend."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were extremely impressed because it was beyond what we expected. The bath house was very nice, and the breakfast was amazing! So many tourists were taking a video of the breakfast buffet because it was nothing like we have ever seen. Although it had a very high-end feel, our kids were very welcomed and they thought the experience there was fantastic. Universal studio was just a quick 10 min walk, or one train stop away. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxurious experience with an amazing breakfast and onsen!"
