“Nice”

“It was excellent stay during my tampa visit. Brand new hotel and very clean and convenient. Especially happy hour drinks and foods were great. Breakfast has lot of good choices too. Will visit and stay again”

“Clean room. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable!”

“Excellent all around”

“The refrigerator in the room was full of food left by previous guests. (Drinks and food ) which suggests rooms are not properly cleaned between visits. There were ants in the bathroom. The painting of the bath tub was in terrible condition. There must be an issue with the pipes because I could hear a noise coming from the wall the entire night (pipe noise) The elevator permit/inspection expired on August 1st Not good at all”

“Great location and food options in the late night. Would stay here again”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”
