“A nice roomy space in a convenient location.”

“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. “While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.”

“The room is cleaned, organized and some home appliances such as a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer are equipped.”

“I stayed here for my CIM audition and had a wonderful experience. The room design and cleanliness were excellent, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.”

Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....
