"My room was spacious clean and modern. It was very safe and quiet. Breakfast was provided and was excellent. It is located 15 minute walk up steep road from city centre. Easy walking down and cheap uber tuk tuk ride back up the hill after leaving city center. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kandy."

"Great experience staying in this Radison hotel in Kandy. Staffs services are excellent throughout and very attentive. Staffs are very friendly willing to help with a smile. They have variety of food and very tasty. Always staffs are very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the buffet. "
"Like the idea that you can fill up the water in the reception - rather than giving the bottled water. The room was clean and quiet. Hotel in good location near the central market and the temple of tooth. We had a short but lovely stay. "

The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits "
"Everyone in the staff was so welcoming and helpful. My 87yr old father, who cannot walk more than 10 meters, was with us. The care everyone showed him was remarkable.

"Fantastic service from the staff. Great room with million dollar views. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Sri Lanka. Beautiful rooftop with great infinity pool overlooking Kandy lake. Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped to handle this number of guests.
Looking forward to staying here again. A true gem run by the nicest staff ever!
