"the room was clean put there was nothing to cook with period mold in the bathroom and the dish washer was broken and falling apart and the refrigerator was leaking and i called and they would not answer the phone i had to go down and tell them then i called and they said they were sending someone to look at it they never came they gave me some dirty towel to put down to catch the water. the kitchen sink bagged up in the bathroom tub and the taking a shower the water would not leave out i was told that people stay there so they bring there own stuff for cooking they thought it was funny and i will never go to that one ever in life again. i took pictures of everything plus recorded me calling they twice about the water on the floor they did nothing period"

"Nastiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Came in to checked in then went to an event. Came back later around midnight to realize that I had a single bed vs double I booked. There was no towel at all like nothing. Bed stains on the sheets… I asked for another room and they said they didn’t have anything else. I asked for towels they said they did not do their laundry so I would have to wait in the morning. In the morning there was still no towels or anyone in the hallway to provide towels. Went to the Desk at 10 AM, keep in mind check out is at 11. Still no towel or anyone cleaning rooms. Found dogs poop in the hallways… I would not recommend anyone ever going there. Refund… let’s just say I was stuck there late not able to find a different hotel and they never helped"

"Not impressed at all, much of the place smelled like weed and had an overall ghetto vibe, not a very clean hotel. They give you a paper that has the wrong floors for where the ice machines are so you waste your time walking all over. My mini fridge door wouldnt close at all because of a huge ice build-up and the guy at the front desk said he couldnt do anything about it or knock the price down for me. The kleenex box in the bathroom was empty. The staff also have thick accents and are hard to understand. So yea I'd suggest avoiding this place unless youre really on a budget, the beds and hotel room itself were clean though so that was the one good thing."

"My shower was so clogged I couldn't use it without standing in 4 inches of water. I told the morning staff they said they would have it fixed. I worked a 14 hour day, came back to find they did absolutely nothing so another day of not showering because they could not find the time to fix a clog."

"I made reservations for a 2 bedroom and staff place me a king room. The reason that I wanted 2 beds was while attending my brother's birthday party. My daughter and other family could Stay with me so that can be safe. My room had ants by the AC unit which traveled onto the desk, By the way I spoke to staff about my room and they stated they had to give me that room for they were busy with other guests who had more family. My bathtub would drain slowly making me haven to take a shower in slow draining water. They also only had one face towel and one body towel. Meaning that I would to use the same towels if I wanted to wash myself up I asked the front desk person for my towels and she did bring me 2 body towels yet no face towels or towels for when you get out the shower. She said that they only had body towels. With all of this I'm very unhappy with my combinations. "

"The property itself is just ok. Nothing flashy. The breakfast is grab and go items like yogurt and granola bars. Check in and check out took way too long. There was no staff at the desk so we had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time to be helped. While the facility is supposed to be nonsmoking the place smelled like weed at all times. The room across from us had a dog that loved to bark."
