โI used to live in Nashville and wanted a place in east Nashville near where my area friends still live. Walkable to the 5 points area and so close to downtown yet feeling โquiet neighborhoodโ at same time; this place is ideal if you want something a little kitschy but want the โreal Nashvilleโ with a completely different character than the downtown and tourist traps. There was some nice live music one night and more of a DJ lounge vibe in the outdoor areas, with excellent craft cocktails. ...

There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โGorgeous hotel within a short walk of Broadway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned to a high standard and housekeeping visited every day. We stayed 4 nights and would recommend this hotel highly. โ
โBedding was so comfortable might be a little too soft for some but comfortable for sure! Staff were friendly and quick with providing anything that I needed. I cannot say enough about the nice time that I had. โ
