“A beautiful 115-year-old church with 23 unique rooms. Parking lot is directly across the street. The Russell Hotel is clean, secure and most comfortable. Most important is that a portion of each night's stay provides 16 beds and warm meals at local homeless shelters.”

“Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Location was awesome”

“Check-in time was 4pm. Room was unavailable upon our arrival at 4:30pm due to "housekeeping running behind all day". Asked for our number and would call when it was. When we inquired as to what the wait would appx. be the reply was "I don't work for housekeeping, I don't know that". When we explained that any guesstimate would be helpful as we have dinner and show reservations that evening we'd like to be refreshed for, her reply was "I have no idea. They've been running behind all day....

“Overall good location”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”
