"The staff on duty were very professional and pleasant. The young man on duty on Thursday afternoon and evening was very attentive and capably answered my question about the Shakespeare theater. My room was very clean and modern. The slight problem with the bed footboard did not effect my comfort or the function of the bed."

For about the same price as a hotel room, we had a 1 bedroom apartment with a ptl. kitchen (full size fridge with freezer, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, large sink) and resort amenities (indoor, outdoor and kid's pool and a hot tub) and activities. "From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. This resort is clise to Mount Greylock and other attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. The only negative thing I can report is the lack of a door knob on one of the closets and the bathroom door knob handle was a little loose but other than that our unit was definitely worth the stay! "
