โThe Concierge service was horrible. They were curt, aggorant, and condescending. The staff was unhelpful in presenting printed out receipts at the closer of our stay. We only had breakfast there, and it was questionable both regarding the food but especially the service. My wife and I were overlooked for coffee and had to wait several minutes before I brought it to the attention of the servers that we had not been given any coffee when several had entered after us and were served. โWe stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. The location was great - within walking distance to a lot of Londonโs main attractions. Will definitely stay again for future trips to London. โ
โWe loved our stay. The hotel was very well maintained and nicely decorated. Concierge was there 24 hrs so we could get help anytime. The location was also great. It was near the quiet and safe area. I will definetely come back next time in Feb of next year. โ
โWe showed up well before check-in time just to drop off our luggage, but they were able to put us in our room at that time, which was awesome. Only real complaint was that the bathroom smelled like it had been freshly used, but it was fine after letting it air out for a bit, there was an open bottle of drinking water in the bathroom, and we had no actual drinking water in the room. But the hotel smelled good, was in very good condition amd had a prime, posh location. โ
โ We stopped over in London for two nights on the way home from our family vacation, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Great neighborhood, easy access to the tube and bars, restaurants, shopping and parks. Service was impeccable. Laila (front desk) was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.โ
โHotel Xenia was the perfect place for us! Each and every team member was so polite and attentive and made you feel quite welcome. The amenities were great, and the restaurant was sharp, with excellent food! The bed and bedding were sublime and hard to get the leave and get the day going!!
