“Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Beautiful gardens on property and very convenient to Snow Monkey Park. Meals were delicious and such a great experience!”

“昭和な感じがあるが安く泊まれるので何も問題は無い。近くにドンキがあるから遅い時間に行けば弁当も安く買える。カップルには勧めないが一人旅の人なんかにはかなりお勧めします。”

“The staff were amazing and very accommodating with bags. They actually have a pick up service depending on your arrival and departure times. This was a bonus since it worked out when we were leaving. Our room was very spacious and comfortable!”

“Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel.”

“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”

“Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the station and chair lift. Kitchen staff is very thoughtful. I stayed for 3 nights, although all 3 nights were hot pot for dinner with the same ingredients, the soup base was different for every night. Staff are super friendly, making you feel welcome. The only issue I had was on the first night when there kids staying and they ran around the whole lodge making all sort of noise until late.”

“まず、部屋が2人で予約したのになぜか1人部屋だった。電話をすると逆に『何人で予約ですか？』って…どぉいうことでしょうか？ 着いた途端に不安になりました。お湯ゎ出ないところもあれば出るまでに5分くらいかかります。 玄関入るとものすごく臭い匂いでした。なんの匂いか分かりませんが…”

“The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.”

“Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty. ”

“10人での宿泊でした。設備も綺麗で布団もたくさんありとても快適でした。コンビニやスーパー、温泉も徒歩10分ほどのところにあったので夜中の買い出しなども簡単でした。 卒業旅行で大人数で泊まる場合などにおすすめだと思います。”
