Small hotel with good staff who understand english. Need QR code for storage & retrieval of luggage. Room size is small, complimentary water bottle is only for check in. Room is clean but issue with window as you may accidentally knock it due your sleep. Also there is no ramp as you need to bring your heavy luggage down a flight of stair.

Very small rooms but for the price it is excellent! The bed was really hard, but I am starting to think that is just how the locals like it haha (USA citizen here). Staff was very polite. There is only one washer and dryer for everyone and it was often being used so we weren't able to. Room was well equipped and they supplied fresh towels every day. CANNOT BEAT THE LOCATION! Such a short walk to Senso-ji and a 7-Eleven is right across the street. We loved staying in Asakusa!

I love this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, professional and provided assistance when necessary. The rooms were cozy and overall comfortable. If I ever return to Tokyo, I know which hotel to book with!
