Nice and comfy sized rooms with large beds and decent-sized bathrooms with deep baths, amenities supplied daily, and rooms cleaned well every 3 days (or less by request). Great hotel and service, will be looking forward to coming back again!

Small rooms only suitable for solo travelers. If you are 2 , don't consider. But for solo travelers, it's a great hotel, with functional, clean and very quiet rooms. Bedding was comfortable and since the rooms face directly the building next door, there is virtually no noise, so you sleep very well. Location is excellent with direct subway lines to all major Tokyo spots, including the Narita limousine bus station (TCAT). Will come back when traveling solo.

Amazing place to stay. Its very clean and service is amazing. They went above and beyond for us to locate our missing phone in a taxi. I highly recommend to stay here, it has multiple places to eat nearby, and a starbucks right down the corner.

Lovely place to base yourself if exploring Tokyo for a few days. Walkable to subway and local shops nearby. Quiet area and room. Towels were changed everyday which was a bit excessive but no other complaints. Would recommend staying.

5min walk to Akihabara. Right next to 2 rail entrances, 2min to 7/11. Absolutely perfect location. The staff was so helpful to my wife and I who spoke 0 Japanese. We had them forward our luggage to the next APA and it was flawless. Recommend to anyone looking for an affordable good hotel location.

The staff were excellent. The rooms are very small and difficult to negotiate with 2 people and luggage. The dining area was small as well and occasionally people had to wait in line. The breakfast selection was good. There are many dining options and shopping nearby.

The hotel was perfect for the price. Located close to multiple metro stations staff were great. There was a coin laundry but it was just 1 machine which was full every time we went to use it, however there is a great 24hr laundromat round the corner. The room was small but that was to be expected given its price and location.
