This is second time in the last four weeks and very comfortable to stay in the hotel.
Also I booked breakfast at the hotel and staff members were very friendly and helpful and meals were very nice.
Great hotel. Staff is very friendly. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station. You have food and convenient stores around you. Also a anytime fitness is a minute walk away for anyone who goes to the gym while traveling.
A classic APA hotel located close to the train stations, only 15-30 minutes to get to most tourist attractions. plenty of walkable things near by. I wish we were told ahead of time about the construction outside, but luckily could not hear it from our room. Let us leave our bags after checkout and the room had everything we needed. thank you
I looked at 3 rooms and all of them are in bad condition, old building, needs renovation. Walls and carpet are dirty. This is a 2 star hotel at best. Staff were friendly!

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was unusually tiny, even by Tokyo standards: do not bring large suitcases. Ours were of average size and barely fitted under the bed. You'd better really like the smell of cooked mackerel because it is pervasive for most of every morning. Quite a bit of wear and tear, and notable signs of age, but the room was clean. Default room service minimal but you can ask for more. Narrow corridors seemingly permanently crowded with room service items - no room to wheel a suitcase. Good range of basic items provided (slippers, gown, toiletries, etc). Some instant coffee and a kettle. Basic furnishings, no cupboards, just wall hooks. Small but comfortable bed. Tiny bathroom, weak-flushing toilet, toilet roll meagre, basic but functional bidet. Unnecessarily large TV. Good central location, though a few hundred metres from metro stations. Check out at 10am seems far too early but that's not unusual in Japan.
Very close to the Tokyo Dome and shopping mall. Lots of restaurants around. And the Hotel is sandwiched between the Iidabashi and Kudanshita stations, only minutes walk away.
It was in a nice area where everything was quiet but still able to enjoy everything by nearby. It was also near the train station which made everything more convenient. Would definitely come back!
Easy to reach from Narita Airport (NRT); take 1 long non-stop ride via Narita Express to Tokyo station then transit to the Tozai Line (local train) at Otemachi Station to Kudanshita Station for just a few more stops then walk 400m to the hotel which is right in the front of the street.
Great stay! I’d say it’s more of a residential area, barely no foreigns and no attractions near by. Though is very close to the metro by walking (4min). Property well kept, room very clean, small but good size for a Japanese hotel, good enough to sleep. Staff don’t speak English but try their best to help and very kind.
Would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was a disappointment from the other APA hotel we stayed at. Just seemed much smaller. The price was 4-5x as much and the hotel seemed 4-5x worse. The one in Osaka was so nice and this one seemed sad. Our WiFi didn’t work the whole time so I couldn’t get any work done.
