スタッフの人達も何か問い合わせすると対応が素早く丁寧。 施設自体もとても清潔で快適。 特にお風呂スペースは岩盤浴もシャワースペースもバスも清掃が行き届き、とても綺麗です。 脱衣所にあるナノケアのスチーマーはとても気持ちよく、娘と共に何度も使用させて頂きました。 お気に入りのホテルになりました。 滞在中とても快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

便利で快適、特に女性は喜びそう。

また利用したい快適なホテル でした。 ただ女性向け要素が強めで、香り関係が苦手な方は、風呂などのフレグランスが強めだったからきついかもしれません。 １０階に宿泊したので不忍池方面の見渡しがとても良いですが、4月末の今は枯れていて、一、二か月後にまた来たいと思いました。

Good Facilities, Room is Small

I got the deluxe room but it turned out to be extremely small and I did not feel that it was worth the extra amount that I paid for it compared to a normal room. The toilet does not seem to have any heating so it is very cold in the winter. What I liked about this hotel though, is the great view of Ueno Park and also access to the hotel's onsen. It allowed me to take a relaxing soak after a long day of walking around. Breakfast selection was good as well!

非常值得第一個考慮住宿的飯店。離淺草、秋葉原、東京大學等地近。上野公園就在旁邊。

地點就在上野公園不忍池附近，離地鐡近。走路到秋葉原也在三十分鐘內。極好。早餐很豐富、味道好。房間設備很齊全亦舒服。飯店人員非常親切，是個極為值得推薦的住宿地點。

This hotel had great customer service, great amenities and great breakfast! All for a reasonable price! The check in and check out process were super easy! The hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the Ueno train station. It is located about the same distance from great shopping! One of the unique experiences I had at this hotel was realizing that they had both a back and foot massager in the room! After a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to treat my feet to a great massage to alleviate the pain of the day. Also, the in room toiletries were great! Sometimes hotel soaps aren't the greatest but this hotel took great care to select great products! I know this is a small thing but in my book, this just adds to the great hospitality of this hotel! I'd recommend this hotel gladly!

Très agréable, bien situé pour un jogging matinal dans le parc Ueno. Déjeuner fourni était varié et très bon. Le personnel très accueillant avec un niveau d’anglais adéquat. Seul bémol sur notre séjour, l’eau a une odeur de soufre désagréable.

地理位置方便，接近京成上野和上野御徙町站。可惜酒店位置旁的街道是紅燈區。乘搭SKYLINER來回機場的話，利用最接近且有升降機的上野地下道C6出很方便。 房間方面，我訂的是高級客房，房間空間僅僅能攤出一個行李箱。枕頭和床褥偏軟，每天醒來也感覺到腰骨痛，有點小可惜。另外，浴室超小的。我每天也直接去2樓浸浴了。2樓的大浴場乾淨但有點小，大概三個人以上一齊浸浴便顯得擠迫。浴場的水溫很舒適，沖洗後的面部保養品也有提供。從房間能遙望上野公園，很舒服的感覺。 早餐豐富，好吃，還有甜品吃。服務人員很有禮貌，清潔員把房間打掃得乾淨，讚！
