Breakfast was not worth it. Don’t bother buying it. Beds were rock hard. Also I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room has 3 twins and a couch, however the 8 and 12 were expected to share a bed and a single pillow. They were very reluctant to give an extra blanket and pillow so someone could sleep on the couch. (My wife ended up sleeping there since it was marginally more comfortable than the bed) It very clearly said 4 people on the reservation. It was convenient to Kasei station to get from narita airport and to Disney. So it was functional. I will say the shower was probably the best part.

We paid for a room that was supposed to accommodate five people, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out the way we expected. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue because we had been told there would be enough room for all five of us. I had tried to confirm this with the hotel beforehand ss well. Technically, there were three beds, a sofa bed, and a rollaway bed, but as anyone who has travelled to Japan knows, hotel rooms can be quite small. Once all five of us and our luggage were in the room, there was very little space to move around comfortably. On the first night, I spoke with both the front desk and Expedia to see if they would make an exception to the no-refund policy, but unfortunately, the hotel refused. Here’s the good part, though! We had a wonderful nighttime manager who went out of his way to help us. He managed to get us an extra room right beside our original one, so three people could stay in one room and two in the other. His kindness completely changed our experience, and the new arrangement worked out really well for our family. The property itself is in a great location, close to several attractions and plenty of places to eat. There’s even a 100-yen store nearby! I would stay here again, but I definitely learned from our mistake. Next time, I would book two rooms from the beginning, one for three people and one for two. It probably would have been cheaper to do it that way, and we would have had much more space from the start.

フロントは外国の方でした。 対応は問題ありませんが、 少し聞き取りにくいところはあるかもしれないです。 ホテル前の駐車場は先着のようなので、 停めれなかった場合は近くのコインパーキングに停めるしかなく、 ホテルの前は道がそんなに広くないため、 ホテル前での荷物の積み下ろしはちょっと厳しいかも。 今回ファミリールームで5ベッドの部屋にしましたが、ベッドが5つだと、荷物を広げる余裕はありませんでした。 あと、1番気になったのは、 トイレ・バス(ユニット)の扉を開けた瞬間、 生乾きの臭いが充満していました。 お部屋自体は綺麗ですが、この臭いがずっと取れませんでした。 鍵はカードキータイプですが、エレベーターはカードがなくても乗れてしまうため、 セキュリティが少し不安でした。 かなり多くの海外の方が宿泊しており、 朝のロビーはものすごい人になっていました。 駅前で近くに飲食店はたくさんあるので、 食事は困らないと思います。

Room is clean with accommodating services. I am on my own & Staff is extremely helpful: Staff provided me with packing extras (securing my suitcase), transportation information & guidance, and extremely polite and friendly. I did not need to go to the airport only entertainment & events. The Wi-Fi as always available. Also they have adult Happy Hour with options. The food is good as I love Japanese food and I am willing to try new items to eat. Hijiki is excellent!!! Try it. Food service is great. Sadly I was embarrassed by so of the EF Tours from New Jersey as they left trash and messes in the dining area. They (kids) were not considerate with their environment or as respectful. Overall great hotel. Area is in a GREAT location for bus & train transportation to Harajuku District Shopping, Electric District, Tokyo Disneyland, near by Shrines & Tokyo Tower.

施設やスタッフは素晴らしくとても快適に過ごせました。是非また利用したいと感じました。ひとつ気になる事は宿泊客の多くは外国人だったようで入り口付近の喫煙スペースに多くの外国人の方紙巻タバコを嗜んでいらして入り口付近がタバコの匂いで充満していました。喫煙ルームにするかや喫煙所をエントランスから離す等の改善の余地はあるかなと思いました

立地も良く、スタッフ対応良く、部屋もキレイでした。ただし、廊下側の扉が薄く音が酷く聞こえる。外国人が多くて夜も、朝も廊下から話し声が聞こえて、落ち着けませんでしたー
