Great hotel with the absolute best staff. Everyone was so warm and helpful from check-in to check-out. The team here is exceptionally kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
The room had the usual amenities, but there were additional in the lobby. I skipped room service but they made sure to provide a bag of new robes and nath towels in a bag on the door. It was well conditioned. The bathroom was a little bit small but managable.
Really appreciate the apple tea and water dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast was simple but delicious and fast!
Staff were friendly.
Love the luggage storage convenience in between bookings.
Building is a little dated but was ok for us.
Great selection of toiletries in the lobby, even got to try &honey shampoo and conditioner!
Washer/dryer could be better. Clothes didnt smell like freshly washed and did not dry even after 90 mins of drying.
All the staff were so welcoming, attentive polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast at the first floor restaurant was very helpful when we just wanted to eat quickly and start our day. Definitely recommend this place!
I guess if you’re backpacking it this would work. It’s one step up above hostel. Very dingy looking. No fridge. Just a very small little closet sized room, if what you’re looking for is value and proximity to transportation, look no further. The staff are really
Good though.

Limited but enough volume of breakfast / Accessibility is perfect
All staff are excellent, the front desk people are so welcoming and really attends to our needs. The hotel is quite outdated. The room we booked is so packed. We cant even fully open our large suitcases. Bathroom is so tiny and hard to move. But the location is so convenient to everything.

Great location! It is within walking distance of 2 major stations and also LOTS of food around and shopping. The hotel itself is a little old and could use a little sprucing up or even a good deep clean. The beds were comfortable and despite being next to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff was EXCELLENT! The hotel did its job which was to provide shelter for our family while we visited Tokyo.
Great service in the heart of Ueno. Close to cherry blossoms and great street food and shopping too. Room is small but is to be expected for Tokyo. Free breakfast included. Staff is excellent and attentive to the needs of tourists.
Location is great, close to the train station and so many restaurants. Staff is nice, rooms are small and bathroom is tiny. Sink is big enough to wash your face so that was nice. They provided amenities like a blow drier, toothbrush, hairbrush, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, pjs, slippers, and mini fridge. The bed was very hard for my preference. I like soft beds, but even people who prefer medium-firm beds would find it to be too hard. Pillows were also a bit hard and hurt my ears. They don’t allow you to fill your water bottle up in the lobby but they do allow you to rent an umbrella for free. Breakfast was very basic: toast, egg salad sandwich, plain hot dog, silver dollar pancakes all served with a vegetable broth type soup. Hot coffee was very good. Portions are small so if you’re used to an American breakfast, you will need to get more food elsewhere. All together I would recommend staying here as long as you know it’s not a luxury experience.
