We were happy with the hotel location, amenities, cleanliness, staff politeness and efficiency, and the complementary breakfast. Our room had everything we needed and it was clean and renovated. The hallways and the elevators were older but I believe the hotel is working on renovating the entire establishment as the rooms were updated. The hotel was very close to important subway and bus stations and right by the Ueno markets and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for the great and accessible location, cleanliness and amazing staff.

The hotel location is really convenient in between two train stations and is walkable to other train stations nearby as well. The Keisei-Ueno station is nearby and is really convenient if you are coming from or going to Narita airport. The room is spacious enough for a solo traveler but could be cleaner. The amenities on offer are great. The staff are really helpful, welcoming and courteous as well. There is a really good dining option next to reception where you also eat your complimentary breakfast.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Free breadfast is good and flexible as you can pick a cake with drink if you cannot catch the breakfast time. The hotel a little bit old fashion and size of room is small.

It seemed like a pretty old building and even though you could see how hard the housekeeping staff work it just never got clean enough to my standard. Staff are super helpful and breakfast had limited options but it was yummy. Bed was pretty comfy and we were able to get extra pillows. Washroom was super small and cramped. The hotel’s location was SUPER convenient

This hotel is located in literally the best area for food. So so many food options just a few steps away and also steps away from the stations as well. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel had all the amenities we needed. The free breakfast is a plus.
