I left my passport on JR train, and the staffs were most helpful and empathetic. With excellent guidance from therm, I was able to successfully retrieve it. And the location is fantastic: middle of old neighborhood shops and restaurants, and so close to metros.
Beautiful, cozy hotel with incredibly nice staff. The room was clean, amenities always available in the lobby. Breakfast was perfect with enough food varieties. Highly recommended!
We had a very pleasant stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist, creating a positive first impression that continued throughout our visit.
The room was on the smaller side, which is not unusual for Tokyo, but it was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was in good condition and housekeeping did an excellent job.
The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a good variety of options and was attractively presented, making for an enjoyable start to each day.
Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and well-managed experience, and I would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Tokyo.
Great hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Easy access to the city with multiple subway stations close by. Some great food outlets near by. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel offers solid, above-average service with an overall quality around 85 out of 100. Staff are generally attentive, efficient, and friendly, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, the restaurant feels somewhat limited due to insufficient seating, and the breakfast could benefit from improved quality and better value for its price. The room amenities are mostly well-maintained and reliable, though the towels appear slightly worn and could be upgraded. Overall, the facilities are good and meet expectations for a 3.5-star hotel, with room for refinement in a few key areas.
Great location and everything you need for a Tokyo stay.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Good location coming from Shinjuku green line. Just 1 min from nearest exit. Daily amenities self pick up from lobby! Good quality amenities DHC products and bath salts for those wirh bath tub.
Room ceiling dusty due to false ceiling. Room has odd shape which makes the utlisation of space awkward. Nice large bathroom with tub and excellent water pressure and temperature.
Very clean, walkable and a good amount of nearby restaurants.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Clean rooms, good sized bathroom and bed. Staff friendly and quiet. Only downside is it was a bit farther away from the city but not too far from a train station. Breakfast buffet was just okay-not worth the price we paid.
Overall, our stay was great. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub.
However, we did notice that some front desk staff were not very helpful. As a native Japanese person, I expect hotel staff in Japan to be polite and able to communicate clearly in Japanese, but there was one non-Japanese speaking staff member who came across as rather rude.
Aside from that, it is a very good hotel with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to train stations for getting to Ginza, Asakusa, and Shinjuku.
