The room felt claustrophobic for 3 people. One double bed and a sofa bed, but it was broken and the cushion was very thin. The lobby is just a front desk, no reception, no tea or coffee. The location was convenient, right next to Sasazuka station, and there was a great place to eat (delicious breads, coffee, matcha, etc) and a market with fresh foods.
The room was clean (as all of Japan). The area felt safe. The room was just too small and I felt like a giant as everything was tiny and low ceilings. Small window with no views. If you want a place to just sleep and shower, an close to a station it is fine.
