After 3 weeks in Japan, it was really nice to get an oat milk latte and a delicious western style breakfast downstairs. Also really liked the view of the sky view tower from the 15th floor terrace which is free for guests to use. Staying here is 1 stop or a $7 cab ride from the nippori station which is what you use to take the Narita Express train to the airport.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Here are a few reasons why: • My window faced several air conditioning units, so I couldn’t even look outside. • The room was full of dust and other people’s hair. • The shower drain was so clogged that on the last day, foreign residue came up into the tub. • The washing machines were old and poorly maintained. I was so dissatisfied that I paid an extra €500 to move to another hotel. I would never stay here again, and I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly and kind.

This place was amazing! You have a 5 min walk to the trains and a 10-15 minute walk to Ueno Park! It was cute, clean, and easily accessible. Staff was amazing. Rooms were small but did the job! The coffee bar was an added plus! Also you have 7-11 right around the corner!

Pros: - breakfast included with the stay is quite good - able to store bags after checkout for a later flight - a few good local food spots nearby Cons: - the rooms are not very clean, bathroom is visibly dirty and the floors/tv/walls/ceilings are very dusty - bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom, this is the 5th hotel we stayed in in Japan so we were expecting it to be small but this was next level tiny - shared public spaces in the hotel are visibly worn down, paint chipping, stained and ripped furniture etc Overall not a bad stay, just not as trendy and clean as the photos online make it appear

great location, great hotel.

Great hotel in the perfect location to access the interesting bits of Tokyo. I really like the oleer Ueno/Yanaka/Asakusa Tokyo neighbourhoods and this hotel is right in the middle of that. It's perfect. Great food options close by and the hotel was immaculate. I'd highly recommend.

Good hotel close walking distance to subway, convenience stores, restaurants, markets, and tourist attractions such as Sensoji temple and Ueno park). The breakfast that was included was nice although it was the same thing every morning (a little variety would be better) and could get very busy with line ups during the peak hours. The biggest complaint, although this seems to be quite common in Tokyo is that the rooms were very small and you barely have any space to move around or put your luggage or belongings

I was thoroughly charmed by Land About. Loved my room. Really enjoyed my long bath. Slept extremely well in the most comfortable hotel bed ever. Even had tasty snack in the hotel restaurant, something I normally avoid. Overall, loved this stay!

Great Stay with Family!

We had a two twin bed connecting room for a family of 4, and it was super helpful having 2 bathrooms! The amenities were good in the room and the we had a very comfortable stay. The pillow and mattress were great - lots of support for a good nights rest. We also added the breakfast option which was helpful so we didn’t have to run around finding food with a toddler every morning. Close by to the metro station - and not a busy location to navigate.

This hotel is so aesthetically pleasing. The decor and vibe is so cool. The rooms are very comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. We had a lovely view of the Tokyo sky tree from our balcony. It’s a short walk to two different train stations so accessibility is good. We tried the breakfast on our last day and enjoyed building our own open face sandwich.

Hotel:Clean, convenient, friendly staff, laundry available, roof sky tree view…… Food:gyomu super(discounted super/cash only), yakitori ¥80(cash only), ramen nagayama(cash only) Gustoガストfamily restaurant, universal drug store…….. No shopping center next door, just sleep and eat, it’s very quiet environment, if u use JR uguisudani south exit, u can skip love hotel area/or if you like to walk around….. Over all, we enjoy stay here.
