The hotel is in a great location - close to shopping, Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, I would recommend a larger room than the standard double I stayed in for couples - there was barely enough room for two suitcases, and the bed was pushed into a corner, so only one bedside table and charging station.

The hotel was in a perfect place for touring Tokyo in a quieter part of the city (financial district) Chiyoda city , the metro was a 40 meter walk from the hotel which was very handy. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and efficient. There was a 711 & family mart right next door to the hotel for supplies etc. The breakfast was only $17 per person and a good selection of breakfast items.I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel for tourists, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped, even including an iron. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy every taste. The hotel is located in a beautiful financial district with plenty of high-end restaurants nearby. The Imperial Palace is within walking distance, and the nearest subway station is just a two-minute walk away. A fantastic choice for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good location that was easy to find. There is a 7-11 around the corner. However, the breakfast was more of a lunch. The room wa also a little warm. Nonetheless, it was very pretty and clean. The staff was very polite, but not particularly informative if you had questions. Would be good if you had a business meeting, but not a tourist hotel.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff, room and amenities were wonderful. My only complaint which is very small, is that it would have been nice to have a laundry room on every floor or at least every other floor but other than that I would 100% recommend this hotel.
