Wow what a treat, the Oriental Bay Hotel was a great decision for my wife and I, it’s a partner Disney hotel with free transportation to both parks every 30min. The Hotel itself met our satisfactions there is 4 restaurants and a welcome lounge(free beer) for you use also this hotel is attach to the Shi-urayasu train station with quite a few clothing stores and numerous of places to eat including McDonald, subway and other with local prices. The only downside is far from Tokyo Shinjuku but wasn’t a problem for us we actually like the 45min commute knowing to comeback to our BIG ROOM lol also easy way to get to both airport via friendly bus limousine =coming it drop you up in front of the hotel and going back to the airport just get the shuttle to Disney and from there take the bus back to the airport via bus limousine..I absolutely recommend this hotel..tip- the hotel have everything you need free ( razor blades- toothbrush-lotion-shower cap-dental floss-foot massage-washer/dryer-Lawson24hours in the hotel-kids dipper and bathtub oils and more)LOL

This hotel is amazing. Very recommended. Walking distance to train station. Easy check in and quick check out. Free candy, biscuit, drinks from 2pm till night. Complete and free stay amenities in tiroir section. Bus transfer to Disneyland and Disneysea. Family have a great time!

Fantastic location, pretty much attached to the train station and very close vicinity to numerous shops and eating venues. Loved the welcome lounge each day - great to have free drinks and snacks after a long day out! Breakfast was great, just get there early. Pillows and beds were quite hard, so not great if you’re used to something different. Hotel a little dated and our room a little small for 3, but that was probably my own fault for not knowing there were different room sizes that could be booked. Very close to Disney and the free shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is right beside a train station making it very easy to access from the airport via transit. I especially loved the shuttle bus to Disney, again a fast and easy way to explore! The room was comfortable and big and having a Lawsons right near reception made for easy food purchases if you are on a budget! I was a single traveler on a budget and I would gladly stay here again in the future!

Check in staff were very courteous. Lounge with snacks and drinks was very welcomed after a day at Disney. Shuttle busses make it very convenient to get to Disney as well. Being connected to the train station and the malls make it a great place for families too. While out of their control, wish that it could sell seat reservations for the Airport Limos to Narita airport.

We were so impressed by this hotel. We checked in online before arrival so it was all very easy when we arrived. The hotel is stunning and the rooms are clean, well equipped, and a good size for Japan. We travelled with 3 children and had a double bunk room. The welcome drinks from 2pm-11pm daily, with free drinks, a candy bar and candy floss was an excellent touch, as was the foot massager in every room which was well used! Great little shopping centre nearby with a food court and a supermarket. Right next to the station, so transport links were very easy and the shuttle bus to and from Disney made that easy too. So much better than we expected and great value too. The included breakfast had a good mix of western and asian foods, and the kids loved the donut wall! Thoroughly recommend for families and anyone wanting to explore Disney or the eastern side of Tokyo.

We had a quad room for our family (2 teens mum and dad ), very roomy, spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds and we all used the foot massager after long days out and about. Supermarket, fast food options, Lawsons, and nicer upmarket shops nearby and train station practically on doorstep. Shuttle to Disney. Good buffet breakfast if you want it, and welcome lounge offering refreshments each afternoon/evening. Coffee/kettle in room and amenities room where you can get tea and extra coffee, toiletries etc Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice location. Right off the train station and plenty of shopping and dining areas around the area. Staff was very friendly as well.

The hotel is amazing! Breakfast was phenomenal with so many different options. The evening lounge was perfect and a great place for us to relax after sightseeing or going to Disney. There is an all you can eat candy bar, cotton candy station, beer on tap, wine on tap, and sodas all FREE for hotel guests until 11pm. Already recommended it to our friends traveling to Tokyo Disney. Metro is right outside and so is a mall with great dining options plus a grocery store with makes it perfect for families with small children needing essentials.

We have stayed at this hotel everytime we visited Tokyo (4 visits in the last 6 years)! We will not stay anywhere else. The hotel and staff are excellent. We recommend families and couples enjoy this wonderful hotel.
