Nice, decent size room. Excellent location. Taking the Airport Limo Bus from Narita Airport to the hotel was easy. The bus stopped infront of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A good place to stay before taking a cruise from the Tokyo Cruise Port.

Very nice staff, lovely breakfast, I upgraded the room a category so it wasn't a standard room but it was very small and basic, felt like maybe it's ready for refurbishment, it was clean and housekeeping was good. The staff were excellent and we have a lovely room. Breakfast was great too! But the room smelled strongly of mildew & had a musty odor. It was very damp even though outside temps were in the 70s F (~22C). We tried running the dehumidifier for our entire stay and it did not help.

I had a pretty good stay overall. But unfortunately when I checked in there were long hairs on the shower walls and a clothes hanger hanging on the curtain rod. So I dont feel that the shower was cleaned after the last guests left. Unfortunately it made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was as well. On the bright side I will say that check in and checkout were easy. The 24 hour Lawson inside the hotel was a nice touch, and it was convenient to two different train stations. It was just very unfortunate about the non-cleaned shower.
