Super helpful staff, easy check in/check out, very very clean and organized! This was a wonderful first place to stay when visiting Japan for the first time. Free breakfast was wonderful as well. They also kept our luggage after check out so we could explore/grab lunch before transferring to our next hotel! Wonderful staff, would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent line up for free breakfast. I like all the home-style Japanese dishes. The hotel is about 10 min walk from Omori station which is pretty far in my opinion but public transportation by Toei bus from/to Kamata station is a convenient alternative.

Room and bathroom cleaning need more carefully. On corner of wall small dust was remained. In bathtub and on bathroom wall some hair were stuck.
