Close to Sensoji temple, nakamise street, and other shopping in general. A quiet area, especially at night. Nothing compared to Shibuya. The hotel provided toothpaste, toothbrush, hair ties, soap, pjs, slippers, and more. They were very accommodating. Would recommend.

Staff are excellent. In general so is the hotel except there is a steep step up from the bedroom to the bathroom which I couldn't manage so they organised me an extra potable step up, which worked well but I couldn't get on and off the toilet without hurting myself and the accessible rooms were already taken. There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor but not ideal for toilet trips in the middle of the night so sadly I had to go elsewhere after my first night, which they arranged for me. I wish I could have stayed.

Nope.

Initially when you look at the photos that they have on online you may think that this is going to be an amazing selection for the price point they have. It seems they have spent some money to renovate the hotel lobby, however, the rooms were cheaply renovated and what topped it off for me was that there was NO BEDSHEET ON THE MATTRESS?!?! They put a mattress topper on top of an old mattress… with no cover… Also, watch out because only the rooms you pay more for are slightly renovated (I know this because I asked for the upgrade) they had me on the non-renovated floor at first where the whole floor smelled of smoke from cigarettes and they claimed my room was a “non-smoking” room. Not only that, but in general the bathroom and rooms are extremely small, the bathtub is big enough to fit a 7 year old child (although in general I believe that most accommodations are small in Japan?) and it smells horrible like an old folks home in the there. Now let’s get to the fun part! There is 0 sound proofing in the walls of this hotel, because I kept waking up to people having intercourse, opening/closing their doors all night, talking/screaming/moaning, the TV, even people hanging their clothes on the rod!! You can hear the most smallest of noises from upstairs/behind/in front of you. The positive aspects: unlimited amount of toiletries, breakfast buffet is not bad, 10 minute drive from Ueno Station, polite staff.

Das Hotel war ca 15-20 min zu Fuß von der Innenstadt gelegen, aber gut mit dem Bus angebunden. Das Personal war super freundlich, mit einem Handy Übersetzer auch sehr bemüht, falls es kein Englisch sprach. Man könnte seine Wäsche waschen, was ein weiterer Pluspunkt war. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, für jeden war etwas dabei. Die Zimmereinrichtung war ein wenig älter, das Bad eng und die Matratze ziemlich hart.

浅草を楽しむには、とてもいい場所でした。 スーツケース引きながら雨天の場合だと駅から遠く感じるかと思いますが(私はリュック一つ)アーケードも多く、お店に寄りながら楽しく到着する事ができました。 化粧水類・入浴剤等、アメニティもフロント横でもらえて、フリードリンクが23:00まで利用でき、リラックス。 こちらの人気の朝食、新鮮なマグロの刺身も連日、大満足です。 下町情緒あふれる散策にとてもオススメです。

Das zimmer war wirklich schön und einf sehr gute Größe für tokyo! Eigenartig für uns war nur das das Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht wurde! Es wurde uns jeden tag ein beutel mit frischen handtüchern dran gehängt! Und wir mußten beutel mit dreckigen habdtüchern vor die Tür legen und den müll dazu! Ansonsten war das hotel spitze!

This hotel is in proximity to multiple train and subway stations, close to Senso-ji temple, multiple combinis and multiple restaurants and stores. It’s quite family friendly, they have a lounge where we can get free complimentary drinks in the evening too. They also have laundry machines, a shared kitchen, a smoking room and even more! We loved our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.

Beautiful rooms and lobby. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The bathroom was a little small but the room was a decent size. It was very close to all the main attractions in Asakusa. Overall very positive.
