"Room was clean, staff were lovely, check in process was easy. Location was great. Only lost 1 star as the room was literally 4 walls around a bed (I know it’s city centre but room to put a suitcase would be good!)"

"Good location and good value for the money considering how expensive hotels are in Tokyo. Gym situation was very disappointing. It was not mentioned prior to booking that the gym had a $13 a day charge. This is very expensive considering how inexpensive food is in Tokyo. Gym is also small and not a full gym. Also worth noting while it didn’t affect me because I don’t have tattoos, if you do have tattoos you can’t enter the gym. Restaurants also close at certain times during the day or have no availability. Staff service was good and being this is close to the metro and good location makes it worth the money again considering how expensive hotels are in Tokyo."

"From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering. "

"Customer service & rooms were great but the only down side was that our AC was not fully working which made our room warm. I tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were only able to offer us a fan. Other than that everything was great."

"Breakfast we were not a fan of. Ate mostly fruit, toast and boiled eggs. Trash collection was an issue too. Housekeeping took are the recyclables but left the bag of trash they we properly secured in a plastic bag for disposal. The bathroom (toilet) is cramped. The washer/dryers were not working either. Besides that, the room was clean, great view of Shinjuku with beautiful sunrises, and excellent location. Central to almost everywhere we wanted to go. "

"This hotel made our trip amazing even after being delayed a day! They were more than willing to assist and could easily be reached for communication about our new arrival. They even made an adjustment to our stay to account for the missed day (which we could not utilize as our returning flight was unable to be changed). Staff was extremely helpful and even when my Japanese was poor they would still communicate in English to ensure my understanding. I will gladly go back to this establishment and intend to do so on our next trip!"
