"We were told, and a sign in the lobby said, that house keeping would be every other day. We were there for 4 days and house keeping never showed up. We went to the office several times, to at least get clean towels, but no one was ever in the office. We finally gave up."

"Do not stay here. There was mold everywhere, the vents were disgusting, they were black with an inch thick of dust. The shower did not have hot water. When I first arrived they gave me a room that the bed wasn't made and the last guest's key card still on the table, then they gave me the mold room. ..."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
