"We were told, and a sign in the lobby said, that house keeping would be every other day. We were there for 4 days and house keeping never showed up. We went to the office several times, to at least get clean towels, but no one was ever in the office. We finally gave up."

"Couldn't even visit. Wanted to get a refund to book for another date. I booked the hotel for my aunt's funeral but it got pushed forward. The staff and manager had no sympathy and refused to give me a refund. Almost $300 wasted for nothing."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
