โFriendly staff, room was really nice and the bed was so very comfortable, location is great and its quiet and peaceful, we would definitely stay here againโ
โEasy parking at this smashing hotel, bar and restaurant. There are lovely views from most rooms. Breakfast is great and remains as good as it has been for the last 15 years. The young receptionist was an absolute gem, let us pray that she continues in hospitality as she will be sorely missed. โ
โHad a wonderful visit here recently and have already booked for next year. Hotel was so clean,staff were friendly and helpful, the suite we stayed in was fabulous and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We felt very relaxed throughout our stay.โ
โProperly was nice and central to the town. Activities in walking and driving distance.
Only downside is they dont want dogs upstairs but do not provide a gate on the stairs. Having to make a makeshift block not easy.โ
โOur stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted.
Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us.
Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

The very nice lady that owns the cottage, Nesta, had made cake for out arrival.
Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, downstairs a shower.
Kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and there was a utility room with a freezer and washing machine.
If there was something missing, we didn't need it.
