"We had a pleasant stay at Juniper Springs. It was exceptionally warm in Mammoth Lake the weekend we were there and like many others, this resort has no A/C. Fans were provided and once it cooled off outside it was easy enough to cool the condo in the evening. Staying inside in the day would not have been ideal. The pool and hot tubs were nice. The indoor parking felt nice and secure but, it was tight for our full sized truck. We check out movies at the front desk from their huge collection. There was no TV that we could get on our TV. I would stay here again. The lack of A/C made it a bit warm, but that's jus when it's unseasonably hot outside. The price was very reasonable for a resort of this quality."
"Room was clean and staff was friendly. Only hiccup was guests typically travel long distances to come to Mammoth and a rigid 4pm check in seems unnecessary. There was staff at the desk and in the same time it took to tell me to come back in 2.5 hours they could have checked me In with an early check in fee. I know it’s a small gripe but inconvenient none the less. We drove around went to the grocery store and sat at Starbucks, 2.5 hours later I checked into the room that was most likely already ready. Other than that it was great and I’ll time my arrival better next time if I choose to stay here."
"This place was absolutely beautiful. Small rooms for sure. But overall it was just darling. We were in and out so didn’t need much. Breakfast was great!!! Only thing I’d say is try and get there BEFORE check in. We luckily got there at 9:04 and the front desk was still there. They say if you’re after 9 they leave an envelope with your room key, that’s great but the thing is our key didn’t open the door. So we would have been locked out and put money (I’m sure we would have gotten reimbursed but would have either slept in the car or ran around town to figure out another room) was a little shocked with that, but Gods timing we barely just made it and staff was still on site. Was amazing!!! "
