"They are in the process of remodeling the place. The front office person was super friendly. The guy who ran the breakfast was awesome. Anything you needed he was super great! We can’t wait to come back and see the remodeling finished."

"Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff was generally friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because there were a few areas that need improvement. Our room didn't have an iron, so we called the front desk and were told one would be delivered. Unfortunately, it never arrived. We also noticed trash sitting in the stairwell hallway, which made that area look neglected. Parking was another downside. It was very limited and difficult to find a spot, which added unnecessary stress to our stay. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant experience overall. With better follow-through on guest requests, cleaner common areas, and improved parking, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars."

"The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful (even though it was 1 or 2am when we arrived!). It had a very cute themed aesthetic but also had many modern upgrades like a very large TV, brand new furniture, and an extremely large 'mini' fridge. There were plenty of plugins and USB ports to charge all of our electronics. Many places to hang up wet clothes if you swam that day or went skiing in the snow. It seems they really paid attention to the little details and conveniences! The sheets, bathroom, and room in general were very clean. The only con is that there is no air conditioning, which now that I look back was made clear in the description, so that is not their fault. We went in peak summer so it was a little warm, but not unbearable, a nice rotating floor fan was provided in the room. Plenty of parking. The bar was very popular the night we tried to go, so we opted out...but that's not a bad thing. Overall a very great and affordable experience, 10/10 will book here again next time we visit Mammoth!!"

"I had a wonderful stay here. It felt more like a cozy cabin than a typical hotel, with the units spaced apart enough that it was quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The kitchen area was well-equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, large refrigerator, sink, and plenty of utensils, which made my stay very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was so quiet that I slept very well. There was no AC, but the ceiling fan kept the room comfortable. The location was also great — it was only about a 5-minute walk to the Village, making it very convenient for restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mammoth."

"We have stayed here twice and it has been an excellent choice for our family of 4. We have two high school age kids so it was very nice for them to have their own twin bed to sleep in, in their shared room, and their own bathroom was another plus. We were able to get ready quicker. They enjoyed the pool while we were there. We would stay there again."
