“ Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. ”

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and a credit to Mark and Maria :) The food was incredible, all local produce with lovely fresh seafood specials and all very well seasoned! The roast on Sunday was one of the best I’ve ever had and we were made to feel very welcome and given loads of useful local information, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were immaculate. “Managed to get a good deal for a 3 night stay and was honestly blown away by how nice it was. Just off the main road in the middle of Norwich, it was located in a really nice area that was peaceful at night. Had an amazing kitchenette in the room with an oven, hob, microwave, sink, fridge and washing machine, so we could basically self cater the whole time we were in the city working. Very polite and attentive staff on arrival, the lobby is comfy with nice couches, everything nicely presented....
