The location could not be more convenient, being right at the terminal. The staff was helpful in getting us checked in, which was a bit of a confusing process for those who have never been to Japan or haven't been there in a while. The room was clean, and amenities provided in the room were very welcome as it allowed us to avoid unpacking all of our toiletries before washing up and getting ready for bed. And I really enjoyed the breakfast available at the hotel, which made it very convenient for us before setting off for the shinkansen."
