I thought their google drive instructions were clear but when actually confirming all your guests on the screen, it doesn’t let us confirm but just go automatically to calling. "Beautiful hotel. Great buffet. Great staff. A lot of places to relax. We have a tatoos but we still could use public onsen covering them with the special stickers provided by hotel. Also we had a free upgrade to the highest floor. Highly recommended."
