The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ample, way more than I usually eat and always refilled when something was running out. The best part was that we could bring our dog! I would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Friendly service. Had to ask for a roll of toilet paper though. That would have been catastrophic being stranded with no extra roll. Otherwise so far so good.

Nos gustó mucho, el único detalle es que debería haber una área de NO MASCOTAS, hay personas que somos alérgicas y aunque limpien da el olor, además los dueños de las mascotas dejan que se acuesten en las camas y se bañen en la tina, no es agradable pensar que estoy duermiendo donde durmió una mascota, dure 3 días con alergia, tampoco deberían permitir que las mascotas estén en el área del desayuno, el menú del desayuno debería estar más variado y no poner solo cosas de puerco

Thank you for your review. I'm not sure what you are referring to as an unsafe area. Sirens can be heard from time to time due to the fact that we are near a firehouse, hospital, and police station, and that we sit on one of the main roads in this part of town.

The reviews did not match the condition of the property. Felt somewhat unsafe in general. Priced way too high for the condition. Would have gone somewhere else but had paid in full. Cleanliness & condition of room was poor.

The room could use some maintenance, it was acceptable, but in rough condition, flooring was worn out, could use a coat of paint, new doors, generally dated. Free breakfast was on the low end of the scale. Liked that the motel was close to "The Loop" bike trail, that was convenient.

For being told it was in a certain area in Tucson I thought it was going to be a lot better place than it was. Would not stay in that area again. Picture of the place on line and in book was not the same.

I love staying at this property and will continue to come back when I’m in Tucson. The staff is kind, efficient, and professional. That’s including the landscapers and the housekeeping team! The swimming pool! very shallow-> 9ft deep so I can plunge in. Also- it was still being heated this March’24 because the weather was unusually cold. It is louder because of the luggage that rolls over the tile walkways- it can be annoying when you’re trying to sleep. A runner across those areas would be great. Overall- awesome place. Interesting, people stay there traveling through from everywhere. Great place.

The hotel was great! My family and I liked our stay here. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning, happy hour in the evening. The pool and jacuzzi were clean, as well as the rooms and the beds were comfortable.

Very old and small compared to other Best Westerns. Room door numbers need to be changed, you CAN NOT SEE the numbers. Breakfast was great, except that you had to stand and eat. The people at the front counter were gracious, and very happy to help you
