"Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."

Additionally, it was ideally situated for those interested in shopping, as it was walkable to all the luxury shopping places in the city center.
