"I was put in the old tower, which I don't like staying in. I do stay at the Westmark often and always stay in the new tower. The rooms in the old tower are smaller and cramped. This particular room was hot when I arrived. I called the desk and maintenance came up and said that the thermostat was not working. He turned one side of the heat off and said to open the window (the temperature outside was below zero) and keep the air conditioner on (it was too noisy) if it is too hot. I did open the window for short periods. "

The following day we realized that we had left our extension cord for the engine block heater at the location and they found the cord and kept it at the front desk for us when we returned 3 days later. The rental car company would have charged us $100 if we failed to return it with the car!"

We missed amazing lights because we fell asleep and they no longer do the wake up calls. If you just want isolated, quiet vacation and don't care about the lights, then this is perfect.
