“We loved staying at Clifton Cottage, hosts were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, stocked fridge, fabulous breakfast, safe parking and lovely and quiet.”

“Great place to stay. We stayed in a Mongolian yurt, which was a unique experience, like glamping. The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories.”

“We stayed one night, great little hotel, nice size room with bathroom (bath & shower). Staff are lovely and friendly, great customer service. We had dinner in the hotel, food was delicious. Plenty parking on site. Very close to station too.”

“The hotel, restaurant and coffee shop were bustling with New Year revellers. The hotel accommodation is rustic. Rooms are bit too small for the size of the beds - no space for luggage. Plenty of options for a pint or a bite to eat, either in the hotel itself or in the village. Great spot for scenic walks and the smokehouse at the back does some great fayre. Staff are friendly and accommodating. ”

“This place was amazing. A cute little cottage tucked away privately. Received a lot of snow our first night and decided to walk down to the little in at the bottom of the Mountain for breakfast which was amazing. The hot tub and fire place were great. The host met us when we arrived. Directions were great but we weren’t sure we were in the right spot. ”

“Our stay at Inveradran house was wonderful! The property is charming and quaint. We loved watching the birds and red squirrels in the morning! Breakfast every morning was amazing. There are a lot of little details that make the stay welcoming-- like a range of usb charging stations, beautiful views and homemade shortbread (courtesy of Jan). Would advise booking in advance as it fills up fast. Big thanks to Jon, Jan, and Harry for creating home away from home during our vacation. ”
