โOnly stayed there one night, but it had everything we needed. This is the third place we stayed where there was an issue with the shower and sink draining. iโm beginning to think this is just something common in Italy. We did let the management know. They said they would look into it.โ
โIt was in good location for us to go places, and supermarket was close by. The kitchen was equipped with oven which would allow us to cook what we like. โ
โGreat property and stay! The property was super communicative and met us at the apartment to give us the keys! The apartment was large with plenty of space, an awesome balcony, and comfy beds. The location was perfect - close to the Duomo and transpiration options (metro and tram stops) โ

The room condition was perfect. I didnโt expect that warm with this cold weather but very warm and cozy. I could sleep very well.
The location is just 2 min from Duomol and inside shopping mall but I didnโt hear any noise.

โNewer property with luxurious accommodations at discounted price relative to other places we stayed in Milan. Very walkable to pretty much everything. Just be careful stepping out of the gate โ itโs too close JT he street edge. I highly recommend and would stay here agin next time weโre in the area. โ

bad: noisy... we took the room close to the lift, and the alert sound kept us surprised at night. no cleaning service for 3 nights (towels not changed)โ
โWhat really struck me is how much personal care I was given by the staff. I have stayed at the nicest hotels in the country and they could learn from this boutique hotel at how to treat people in a way that makes them feel special. Every one of them made me feel like I was a part of the family. They even ran to the store to get me some cigarettes and stowed my bags when I was taking a short trip to Barcelona and back.
