"The highway 440 takes you to the old town of Quebec City in 10 minutes. Also, the Ambassadeur has 4 fast food restaurants close by plus its own restaurant. Montmorency Falls is only 10 minutes away. Ian so glad I chose the Ambassadeur."

"La fille à La réception , me faire dire de revenir a 4 hre pour avoir ma chambre lorsque je suis arrivé vers1,00 - 1,30 PM . Que je ne pouvais par avoir une chambre avant car ils sont disponibles qu’à 4,00. Le départ est a 11 hres mais la majorité partent bien avant . Donc selon ses dires ,il n'y a aucune chambre disponible avant 4 hre PM donc ils font toutes les chambres entre 3,45 et 4 hres . Une stupide cette fille là qui travaillais à la reception lundi le 24 août.on fait quoi on reste assis dans l’auto ,on ne peut aller au centre ville de Quebec pour magasiner ,souper etc ,sinon on revient et on reçois la dernière chambre dans le sous sol 😀ou plus de chambre . Vers un peu après 3hre PM , je suis retourné et j’ai parlé a un gars au comptoir et il m’en a donné une immédiatement.,mais j’ai perdue une grosse partie de l’après midi ou je ne passais qu’une journée. Très décevant a cause d’une incompétente D’avoir manqué notre après modi a aller dans les boutiques.Même a lui dire ,elle ne regardais pas et elle m’a dit qu’elle ne savait pas si il y en avait .Je suis resté poli et je n'ai pas hausser le ton devant l’imbécilité , cela ne donne rien de s’emporter."

"It was our first time visiting Quebec City, and we had the best experience! ❤️ Our hotel was in the perfect location—so convenient to restaurants, beautiful sights, and all those picture-perfect spots around Old Quebec. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely fell in love with Quebec City and are already looking forward to coming back. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit! 🍁❤️"
