"Lisa and Kyra are wonderful! Lisa handles every issue or challenge with the perfect mix of humor, professionalism, and grace. Kyra is incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time we come to the front desk and see her, the smile that greets us feels so genuine. We love staying at Falcon Point, and a big part of that is the wonderful staff they have right now. Lisa and Kyra truly make us feel welcome and at home every time we’re here!"

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "
