“Our stay at the Emporio Veracruz was excellent. Jennifer the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful and Jose the bellman was outstanding . He was helpful, knowledgeable and with a nice positive attitude every morning. The Cuban group that played in the bar Saturday night was very enjoyable and we also used the spa which was a great experience.”

“I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff was great, as usual. The room was great and so was the pool. It is so great to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool. Lastly, just as an example of how great the staff is, when I was leaving the staff outside the hotel went out of their way to get me a good taxi AND made sure I knew the price for the ride, because taxis have to charge the same when taking people from the hotel to the airport. This staff is always looking out for its guests.”

“해변에서도 가깝고 가격도 적당. 좀 더 싸게 구하려면 구할 수도 있긴 함. 게다가 센트로에 있어서 주변에 박물관 등 모두 있음.”
