โWe couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! We came for 3 nights and weren't sure what to expect but Niccolo arranged for an airport transfer and introduced us to the room and the property and made us feel at home right away. He sorted us out with a delicious local salad and spritz and we chilled by the gorgeous pool - what a way to arrive!
The room was very comfortable and stylish and we looked forward to the breakfast every morning! We didn't have a car so walked the 30 mins to the local train...
โThis was a good, 4-star yet affordable resort-style hotel. The rooms were fine, minor plumbing problems were promptly fixed. Our only issues were the pool hours (closed for siesta in the afternoon, and early in the evening) and the hotel restaurant was kind of expensive, so we mostly walked to a good local restaurant that was more reasonably priced.
The included buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent, I must say, and the staff were very helpful and attentive, even bringing an urn of fresh...

โBeautiful hotel, grounds and staff. Made for the perfect base to discover Amalfi coast, Pompeii and an easy train to Rome. The pool is fantatsic and open until late, great for a quick refresh after a hot day exploring this part of Italy. Our junior suite room in the main building with views of the mountain, the grounds, the pool, Naples and even a bit of the sea was beyond our expectations.โ

โGreat hotel. A diamond in the rough. As others have said, the area is not where youโd find a high end hotel. When you pull through the gates you are greeted with a welcoming sanctuary. We had an early morning flight the next morning so we werenโt able to enjoy the breakfast so I canโt speak to that, but everything else was very nice. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. โ
โIf you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people.
