“Room cleaning and staff is good but I think it’s time to renew room interior of the hotel. Location doesn’t feel safe.”

“Super close to the napoli centrale station and very decent condition with great staff. The only downside is neighbour hood is not good, just you need to walk fast for 2min to from the station.”

“Tutto perfetto. Posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro direzionale. Struttura nuovissima”

“This place is a hidden gem! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and hassle-free experience. I’ll be back!”

“The room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. The surrounding area near the hotel was a little sketchy and there aren't many restaurant options around. The check in process could be better. I had to fill out a form that wouldn't work so then I had to send my passport information via email for them to fill it out. I got information on a need to know basis. I couldn't get them to answer all of my questions at once which was frustrating. Once I was in the room, everything was ok.”

“The communication with the staff/owner was excellent. We were delayed by a few hours and were welcome and provided excellent service despite being almost midnight. The room was clean, there was an excellent air condition unit, a small mini fridge with cold water. There were also snacks and free coffee and tea at the main lobby for 24hr self service. The place is very centrally located, near bus, train, metro, and taxis stops, just a short walk of 2-3 blocks away. Definately will return and...

“Great spot to stay. Nice and close to the train station but not in a very inviting neighbourhood. Excellent overall!”

“We chose this place for the convenience of the train station for day trips which was really great. During the day, it was also a great place to navigate from to see the historical areas. The building is very secure, clean and well maintained. The operator made things very easy to access the property and it was all very smooth. We had a balcony on each side of the room and it was always interesting to stand outside and watch a city come to life in the early morning or go to rest in the late...

“Best Place to stay in Town and close to the station. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Has an elevator to your room and all amenities.”

“I had a wonderful time at Comfort and Breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and the location was clean. I had a great time here and the breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend this place”
