“Excelente lugar. Volveria a hospedarme aquí otra vez”

“It was a very calm and beautiful hotel, but its hygiene was awful. During my stay, there were hundreds and thousands of small red spiders in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. ”

“Lit king size, très confortable Baignoire Propreté”

“Clean with all amenties needed for travelling Bar fridge, microwave, dishes, hot plate, etc Air conditioning Continental breakfast Free parking Friendly & helpful owners We definitely would recommend this hotel”

“Room was clean and the place is so peaceful. Meet all the expectations if you’re looking for a weekend getaway or to just disconnect and be in the nature. Will 100% recommend!”

“A great old hotel with lots of old world charm. Convenient for Carcassonne airport and a short taxi ride into town. Set in wonderful grounds with a great pool. We were here 20+ years ago and little had changed. Dinner is a special event here.”

“Great place and a great host. Pity that we could stay only one night this time. We appreciate that Valerie helped us with all the questions that we had asked. We really liked her green approach: no plastic used; she made her own juice and yoghurt. Everything else (jam, honey etc) was stored in small glass containers.”

I'm very satisfied with my stay at Hôtel Du Pont Vieux. The staff were all kind and everything is almost perfect. The only disadvantage is about a lift but this is already mentioned by the hotel owner, so I was okay with it.”

“BJ and Iris were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting was great with wonderful views and a stones throw from Carcassonne city. Breakfast was wonderful with home made jams. BJ was also very kind to re freeze our ice packs for the onward journey. We will definitely be back.”
